A Visit from Pesantren Modern At Taqwa Gunung Putri, Bogor

On Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, Lapangan Merah of the Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD) ITB came alive with the vibrant presence of 333 female students, accompanied by 54 teachers, the Principal, and the Head of Attaqwa Bogor Modern Girls' Islamic Boarding School. Their visit was met with a warm welcome from FSRD ITB, signifying a day of exploration and learning.

The delegation was received by Dr. Nurdian Ichsan, S.Sn., M.Sn., the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs FSRD ITB, and Zusfa Roihan, S.Sn., M.Sn., a lecturer of Visual Art Program. Additionally, representatives from the academic staff and FSRD ITB students were present to ensure a comprehensive and engaging experience for the visitors.

The visit encompassed an insightful presentation about FSRD ITB, providing the students and teachers with a deeper understanding of the faculty's academic offerings and the vibrant creative environment it fosters. Following this, the delegation had the opportunity to explore the various facilities within the FSRD ITB Ganesha Campus, including the renowned Soemardja Gallery, the Library, Studios, and the FSRD ITB Laboratory. This hands-on experience allowed them to witness firsthand the resources and spaces available for creative and academic pursuits.

The visit concluded on a note of appreciation, with FSRD ITB expressing gratitude to Attaqwa Bogor Modern Girls' Islamic Boarding School for their enthusiastic participation.
