Akbar Adhi Satrio, M.Ds. merupakan dosen Program Studi Sarjana Kriya FSRD ITB yang juga merupakan lulusan dari program sarjana dan magister FSRD ITB. Awal kariernya dimulai sebagai seorang desainer keramik di beberapa studio. Riset-riset yang dilakukannya sangat beragam dan berkaitan dengan pengembangan kriya keramik dengan berbagai aplikasi. Selain aktif menghasilkan penelitian, ia juga aktif turut serta dalam berbagai pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada pengembangan industri kriya keramik.
