FACULTY FACILITIES
To carry out its activities the Faculty has representative buildings including:
The faculty office located on the left side of the Main Gate, as the workplace for the Dean and the Staff including the Head of Administration, Finance, Facilities, Academic Affairs, and Planning and Information System.
Whereas the room for the heads and the secretaries of study programs, the heads of research groups, lecturers, meetings, theoretical and practical lectures, seminars, presentation, exams, workshops, exhibitions, and other activities are located in the Building of Arts and Design adjacent to the East Hall Building.

Library
The Library of Arts and Design is 186 meter square located on the second floor of the Arts and Design Building. It collects, holds, and maintains the collection, and is systematically managed to be used continually as the source of information.
Soemardja Gallery
The gallery is 370 meter square located on the first floor of the Arts and Design Building. It is used for workshops, exhibition of students’ works, national and international exhibition, and is occasionally used for general lecture, seminar, and the final exam.
Seminar Room
The room is 420 meter square located on the second floor of the Arts and Design Building, and is used for seminar and theoretical lecture for more than 50 students.
Sociotechnology
Sociotechnology or MKU is located on the first floor of Labtek VII with the area of 475 meter square. It is a service unit of general basic subjects for all ITB students. It consists of rooms for lectures, lecturers and administration staff, research group, meetings, journal, library, kitchen, and warehouse.
Preparation Level (TPB)
The building for the Preparation Level is 1021 meter square which is used for lectures of the first year students. It consists of lecture room, practicum, computer room, TPB coordinator room, administration room, guest room, prayer room (mushola), kitchen and toilet.
Painting Studio
The studio is 256 meter square located on the second floor of the Arts and Design Building and has the capacity of 25 students for theoretical and practical consultation. It is also equipped with computers and any other peripherals.
Graphical Arts Studio
The studio is 246 meter square located on the second floor of the Arts and Design Building. It consists of final project rooms, technician room, acid room, dark room, lithographical room, and machine room. It has the capacity of 30 students, and is used for theoretical and practical consultation and preserving practicum materials.
Sculpturing Studio
It lies on the first floor of the Arts and Design Building and has an area of 300 meter square, consisting of lecturers’ room, lecture/practicum room, warehouse, technicians’ room, final project and workshop room, but the main purpose of this studio is as the place for consultation, theoretical and practical lectures, and for storing the material for practicum.
Ceramics Studio
The studio has an area of 246 meter square located on the first floor of the Arts and Design Building, consisting of lecturers’ room, practicum room, heating room, warehouse, final project room, and the place for consultation, theoretical and practical lectures, and for storing the material for practicum.
Visual Communication Design Studio
The studio has an area of 270 meter square consisting of Multimedia Laboratory and Photograph Laboratory, drawing table, and other supporting manual equipment. It lies on the third floor of the Arts and Design Building, and is used by the students for doing research in the studio fieldwork and final project or thesis through experimental approach.
Product Design Studio
This studio has an area of 270 meter square provided with some equipment such as drawing tables, an area for the making of 3-dimension model, and other manual peripherals. This studio lies on the third floor of the Art and Design Building, used by students doing research in Studio Fieldwork, and the final project or thesis through an experimental approach.
Interior Design Studio
This studio has an area of 270 meter square provided with some equipment such as design computers and the peripherals, drawing tables, and other manual peripherals. This studio lies on the third floor of the Art and Design Building, used by students doing research in Studio Fieldwork, and the final project or thesis through an experimental approach.
Textile Craft Studio
This studio has an area of 270 meter square provided with some equipment such as design computers and the peripherals, drawing tables, manual weaving machine, and other manual peripherals, used by students doing research in Studio Fieldwork, and the final project or thesis through an experimental approach.
Workshop
It has an area of 270 meter square provided with some equipment such as cutting machine, lathe, electric wielder, bending machine, etc. The workshop lies on the ground floor, across the sculpture studio. It has an easy access due to the adequate loading dock for trucks.
